Rebuilt Jeep 242 I6 Long Block Everything has been inspected and measured to within factory specifications. 99mm Bore x 86.61mm Stroke. All pistons measured and inspected. They are all within factory specs. Cylinder walls did not need machining and are in factory specs with no wear. Bearings were measure and inspected for damage. Camshaft and lifters were inspected and measured to within factory specs and were reused. Piston rings had no signs of wear and measured to specs. Cylinder head is still good and will run but exhaust valves are down to 50% leakage and cylinder #1 exhaust is down to 78% leakage. New gaskets installed including FelPro head gasket, rear main seal, and oil pan gasket. Cam timing has been set. Engine repainted in Low Gloss Black. Block was cast Oct. 8th, 1998.
