I also have a brand new set of 31 inch BFGoodrich All Terrains on stock Jeep rims. Never had a problem passing inspection. I've recently moved and no longer have parking for it. Only driven on nice days, garaged when not in use. Never taken off-road. Comes with a bikini top as well as a hard top and hard doors(I've never used either).
